Measurements The brooch is 4cm long X 3.1cm wide. It is around 8mm in thickness including the pin. The fastening pin is 2.7cm long. It is fastened by a rollover safety clasp. Materials The brooch is made from a plastic type material. I have no idea how they got the picture of the cat on there. It does appear to have a clear coating of some sort. Condition This is not new but it is in good condition. I know this piece to be at least 25 years old and may even date back further. The plastic is in good condition, with no marks or scratches that I can see. The coating seems to have gone a bit creamy in colour, or that may just be as it is supposed to be. The fastening pin is straight and still sharp. The rollover clasp is in working order. The weight is 5grams. Due to the light and a not so great photographer there might be variances in colour between the photos you see on your screen and actual items. I will try and describe the colour as best I can.
